    Hi Harrison,

to get it clear: if I want to implement a pH Control in the ChiBio’s, what would I need exactly and what would be the easiest way?

From what I got, there are some probes in this conversation that seem to fit for the ChiBio’s. On top, some PCB must be assembled (I have no clue on this part).

I would be happy for some input.

    Hi all,

if you are interested, I adjusted the lid with 5 inputs and with two connections on the “inside” of the reactors. If someone is interested, I am happy to share them 🙂

    Hey hey,

I am also wondering how the pH can be measured in the ChiBio.
I do not have an implementation, but I read this paper: https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s00449-015-1409-4
They used LED signals to measure the pH. Depending on the angle of the LED response, the pH can be estimated.

In the recorded data from the ChiBio I do not see any information on the angle. I am not familiar with sensors that measure light. Would it be possible to measure also the angle and therefore the pH in the ChiBio?
