I tested to increase the speed up to 1.0 and still it stopped in the middle. Since I dont need the OD600, I will try to change the code to make the stirrer work continously to prevent it stalled during OD measurement.

FYI, I tried with 65 degC for 6 continous day and it works fine for 1 reactor; it is still doing well

Yes I am using the standard stirrer from labmaker.

Does placing the washer helpful in this issue? Also what is the recommended stirring speed for overnight culture? Since vortexing happens with 0.8

Thank you for your helpful reply. Actually I realize that the interface is the most convenient way to see turbidostat connection.

Also, I am wondering if I can use other bus to communicate with integrate chi bio with pH sensor. I understand that the beagle bone have channel 0, 1 and 2 for communication but chi bio multiplexer only use 2nd bus. Is there any specific reason that you dont touch channel 1?

Hi Harrison, yes the one on the main side PCB having nothing connected. I am trying to build off shelf pH sensor and connect the extension header to mini CT 5 pin cables. And it is very hard for me to pull it.

Any suggestion on pulling it? Do I allow to use pinset? I dont want to break the header.
