Vial minimal volume

Good morning,

I may use the ChiBio at some point, but my cells grow in a very expensive medium.
I was wondering if there is a minimal volume for the instrument to work.
I imagine that lowering the volume could affect both measurement precision and dilution accuracy.

Any feedback on this would be very appreciated.

Hello,
The minimal volume is ~15ml. If you take the sides off the device you can see why this is – the liquid needs to be high enough to be seen by the sensor/laser/LED.
