Hi Doron, it looks like there may be an issue with the control board PCB making a poor electrical connection with the digital multiplexer. Have you contacted to Labmaker to ask about this? If it was a faulty batch of manufacturing they should be able to quickly replace it for you.

first, thank you for the reply!
so, if im understanding correctly, the PCB itself may have a problem but not the reactor itself?(the digital multiplexer? what is the multiplexer? sorry for the uneducated question…(: )

i will contact Labmaker and ask about it.

    thank you,
    Doron.

    Hi Both,

I seem to be having the exact same problem, have you managed to resolve it, and if so how?

I am also a bit unsure what the “multiplexer” really refers to, is it the “blue Chi.Bio Control board v1.1” that likely need replacement?

We have the 8-reactor package from Labmaker, so I tried it with different reactors / pumps, same message.

    Thanks,
    Gergo

    Hi Gergo,
It is likely an electrical issue in assembly of the control PCB (the one attached to the Beaglebone). The Multiplexer is a part on this PCB.
I recommend contacting Labmaker and asking for a replacement – they should be able to send out a new one.
