we have been trying to test the measurements of fluorescent proteins in our chi.bio reactors, but so far we have not managed to obtain the same qualitative results as the plate reader from the neighboring lab. We are trying a number of things to troubleshoot, and I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share a table from their own chi.bio in which they are successfully measuring a fluorescent protein. Ideally in a chemostat, but even just in batch culture would be fine. Just trying to make sure we are parsing the table correctly!
