When running an aerobic fermentation over 3 days, without any feeding, I noticed a lot of evaporation. So I have some ideas in my mind how to face it, but maybe someone of you has a well working simple solution.

Are you using the pumps to pump air through the headspace? I suppose you could draw this from some high humidity source if needed. Not sure what else would be best.
